Faith & Value Statements

We believe as our statement of faith
the statement expressed in the Lausanne Covenant

Several points from the Lausanne Covenant noted below (drawing attention to the focus on imaginative pioneering methods, launching church planting movements, an emphasis on Bible teaching, encouraging creative local initiatives according to biblical standards, and intentionally training national leaders).

  • EVANGELISM AND CULTURE

    • The development of strategies for world evangelization calls for imaginative pioneering methods.  …

    • Christ’s evangelists must humbly seek to empty themselves of all but their personal authenticity in order to become the servants of others, and churches must seek to transform and enrich culture, all for the glory of God.

    • (Mark 7:8,9,13; Genesis 4:21,22; I Corinthians 9:19-23; Philippians 2:5-7; II Corinthians 4:5)

  • EDUCATION AND LEADERSHIP

    • We confess that we have sometimes pursued church growth at the expense of church depth, and divorced evangelism from Christian nurture. We also acknowledge that some of our missions have been too slow to equip and encourage national leaders to assume their rightful responsibilities.

    • Yet we are committed to indigenous principles, and long that every church will have national leaders who manifest a Christian style of leadership in terms not of domination but of service. We recognise that there is a great need to improve theological education, especially for church leaders.

    • In every nation and culture there should be an effective training programme for pastors and laity in doctrine, discipleship, evangelism, nurture and service. Such training programmes should not rely on any stereotyped methodology but should be developed by creative local initiatives according to biblical standards.

    • (Colossians 1:27,28; Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5,9; Mark 10:42-45; Ephesians 4:11,12)

  • CONCLUSION

    • Therefore, in the light of this our faith and our resolve, we enter into a solemn covenant with God and with each other, to pray, to plan and to work together for the evangelization of the whole world.

    • We call upon others to join us.

    • May God help us by his grace and for his glory to be faithful to this our covenant!

    • Amen, Alleluia!

World evangelization calls for imaginative pioneering methods such as a biblical focus on families and children.

Have this mind among yourselves,
which is yours in Christ Jesus,
who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,
but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant,
being born in the likeness of men.
Philippians 2:5-7

Value Statement:

Our God-Sized Vision

  • Serve as a catalyst for children’s ministries and help inspire children’s workers around the world to reach 2,000,000,000 children annually – inspiring all to teach children to know Jesus, to praise Jesus, and to bring the salt and light of Jesus to *every sphere of influence!!  A God-sized vision is a vision that only God can fulfill.  Our responsibility and our role is simply to abide in Christ – John 15 – trusting Christ to bear the fruit, and to yield to Jesus – Galatians 2:20 – allowing Christ Jesus to live His life through us.

    *Every sphere of influence.

We call this “What’s Your 77?” This is a more powerful way to ask a child “What do you want to be when you grow up?”

How will you serve God?  There are 7 Areas of Service:

  1. Church

  2. Family

  3. Education

  4. Media

  5. Public Service

  6. Business

  7. Arts & Athletics

Where will you serve God?  There are 7 Regions of the World:

  1. Asia

  2. Africa

  3. Europe

  4. Latin America

  5. North America

  6. Pacifica

  7. All Nations to the ends of the world

Our Strategy

  • Reach a Child to Engage a Family to Plant a Church to Transform a Community (to bring the salt & light Jesus to *every sphere of influence)

  • Train Champions for Eternity (a child-friendly way of saying making disciples of Jesus).  Our heartbeat is Matthew 28:18-20.

Our Mission

  • The Church and Family: The Church is the gift to reach the world with the good news, and the family is the gift to train children in the way they should go.

  • Kingdom: We believe it is our Father’s heart to create a harvest (Matt. 9:37-38) and bring His kingdom fully in each locale (Matt. 6:9-10) for His glory.

  • Global: A global Acts 1:8 movement in which disciples make reproducing disciples to fully reach their own diverse contexts and then all unreached peoples on the earth for Christ.  (Acts 13, Philippians 1:1-7).

  • Church Planting Movement-Focused: We catalyze Spirit-led church planting movements as the avenue for reaching a whole area—emphasizing

    • 1) abiding in Christ, yielding to Jesus, fasting and praying to find God prepared people,

    • 2) reproducing evangelism,

    • 3) reproducing disciples,

    • 4) reproducing churches and

    • 5) reproducing leaders.

  • Great Commission: We seek to help complete the Great Commission (Matt. 28:18-20, 24:14) whatever it may cost us for His glory (John 12:24).

  • Generational Growth: We train leaders that will train leaders of reproducing generations of disciples and new churches (Matt. 28:18-20; 2 Tim. 2:2; Matt. 13:31-33).

Our Practice

  • God: [Delight in God] We delight in God (Psalm 37:4).

  • Jesus: [Yield to Jesus] We yield to Jesus, abide in Christ, allowing Jesus to bear abundant fruit through a living sacrifice life (Romans 12:1, Galatians 2:20, John 15:5).

  • Holy Spirit: [Empowered by the Holy Spirit] We are empowered by the Holy Spirit (John 14:23-26).

  • Word of God: We trust that it is not our strategies or methods but God’s work that brings a spiritual harvest (Isaiah 55:11, John 15:1-16).

  • Gospel: We are Christ-centered proclaiming the gospel of grace (Luke 24:46-49; Acts 20:24).

  • Urgency: We live and work with urgency keeping “THE DAY” in mind when the last one is reached—hastening the end of the age as we await Christ’s coming (Hebrews 10:24-25; 2 Peter 3:12).

  • Prayerful Practice: We pray for laborers while practicing as laborers ourselves (Luke 10:2). We all take personal ownership of the Great Commission and allocate time to reaching the lost within their sphere of influence (1 Corinthians 9:16).

  • Disciples: We go to new believers where they are and disciple them to obey Jesus’ commands out of love (Matt 28:18-20, John 14:21), with the expectation that the Word will reproduce in their life as they do the same with others (Matthew 13).

  • Humility: Our aspiration is to humble ourselves under the mighty hand of God (James 4:6-10) to live by His grace, honor one another in love (Romans 12:9-11) and continue as learners of the counter-intuitive ways of the King (Mark 1:15).

Our Structure

  • A movement of church planting Bible teachers and leaders yielded to Jesus with a passion to reach two billion* children annually [*all children] (Deuteronomy 6:7, Proverbs 22:6)

    • Our prayer for you.  May you die to selfyield to Jesus, learn to constantly abide in Christ, thus allowing Jesus to bear much fruit through your “living sacrifice” life (Romans 12:1, Galatians 2:20, John 15:5).

    • A volunteer movement to help fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) and to see “No Place Left” (Matthew 24:14, Romans 15:23).

  • Our leaders grow into a position of leadership they are not assigned to a position of leadership; spiritual authority is extended to leaders already bearing the fruit of biblical leadership.

  • Our practitioners are Evangelical we are not restricted to any one denomination or church.

... 2,000,000,000 Children are waiting ... possibly one of those children is waiting for YOU ...

Please join believers around the world setting aside every Monday as a day to fast & pray asking God to raise up more laborers to reach two billion children. We have all heard Jesus' "Great Command" yet many do not know the quoted text is from Deuteronomy 6. Read verses 5-7 "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. 6 And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise."
